Compact pop-up retail space for Vespa’s 946 Snake capsule collection - delivered through a fully prefabricated system for overnight installation under strict mall operating constraints. Scope included structural framing, modular wall panels, custom display plinths, integrated lighting, concealed cabling and backlit brand signage.

All joinery and finishes were fabricated off-site to to ensure quick precision and minimal on-site disruption, with components designed for quick assembly. Finishes were developed to reflect the “icy elegance” of the Vespa 946 Snake, with custom showcases and precision lighting accentuating the limited-edition piece.
