The fit-out encompassed high-end millwork, custom refrigerated display cases, integrated café seating, and specialty lighting. Gold-toned metal detailing, and a polished material palette were fabricated to align with Venchi’s global design standards, framing the vibrant colours of chocolate packaging and gelato offerings.

Technical execution included concealed MEP routing to support refrigeration, plumbing, and café services within a limited footprint, maintaining uncluttered sightlines and customer comfort. Precision coordination was required to complete works in live mall conditions, minimising disruption to surrounding tenants while achieving premium finishes within a tight programme. Every detail reinforces Venchi’s premium identity, transforming a compact unit into a sensorial destination that blends luxury retail with café hospitality.
